I've been having the same issue. PayPal ended up using an old bank account I had linked instead of my Fold Card to process the payment. I wasn't aware they switched for payment and that old account was overdrawn.

Have you reached out to the customer service department? The more of us that Pastor them the more likely they are to correct it unless they are killing it completely.

I have. Fold said they've heard about the issue from other people. PayPal is... a disaster.
