I can definitely say, that working out in the early morning is a gamechanger for me. It is a typical me now. I feel even bad, if I don't do it directly after getting up.

That is a great one! I stumbled upon it a few times in my life, also did it when it was quite warm in the last couple of weeks, but forget to somehow make a habbit out of it.

I heard many benefits of cold showers.

I started coming up on two years ago. I don't have a bathtub or I'd try an ice bath sometime.
