It's an overpressure spec, think like extra powder. They're spicy bois.
We talking >147 grain? I wouldn't mess with anything more. Doesn't seem to be a point
Most common to see it 124 like NATO spec or 115. There are some really hot loads below 90 grain that pass 2000 feet per second muzzle velocities. Helpful to peek through armor, doors, etc. Just gotta be careful because not every gun can handle the pressure
