walking is the fucking best. i try to walk at least 3km / 2 miles a day. for me, it helps with

- anxiety

- thinking in new ways, resolving complex ideas

- reconnecting with my environment

- incidental muscle tension

whenever i see someone renting those electric scooters, i 🤦‍♀️. you want to pay money to not walk? missing out.

yes i understand the time constraints of modern society, but if i'm not prioritizing a practice that for me has only been beneficial, what the fuck am i trying to accomplish? make time for the good things.
