#pokey battery update
Busy day at work, my phone sat all day. Pokey still at the top, but I'm only down about 15% after 11 hours. That's totally manageable, and I'm sure there will be improvements.

Bizarre that Amethyst is running on the background. Was it playing a video or something?
I don't think so. It is enabled to run in the background, the optimized setting.
Everyday Amethyst usually has some background time on my phone. Stock pixel 8 pro.
Also get very high background usage from last few versions of Amethyst on P8P running GOS. Think it was over 8h yesterday with 1:30 screen time. Have disabled the app from being able to run in background now and that seem to help
I've disabled Amethysts background setting, we will see if that helps at all. Though I can't complain, my battery life is amazing.
On the default setting, Amethyst should run less than a minute on the background. But the phone can force it to stay open in those battery settings.
Mine runs very efficient imo.
