I’m trying to add lightning channels on my RTL.

When I attempt to add a peer I receive an error message “dial proxy failed: Dial TCP ………timeout”.

I’ve tried the LN addressed for Start9, JB55 and a couple others.

Anyone know what this error msg means?

My RTL wallet is funded.
