Completely agree. Also enjoyed their discussion or different types of private chats on Nostr. Through I fear that's a long way off any sort of real implementation.

I think we could get private groups pretty quickly actually… The MLS standard and the p2panda project have done 95% of the work already. https://p2panda.org/specification/encryption
