Letting governments decide who does and doesn't have rights is a fucking terrible idea. Only someone who doesn't know any history or is racist could possibly think otherwise.

They have no rights on my land.

I have rights. I have the right to deport whoever is not invited on my property.

And yes the United states of America is my property as a citizen
