Do you boil the milk at all or drink it actually raw? My parents grew up getting raw milk delivered every morning in India, and their families always boiled the milk before using it.

The shopkeeper I bought mine from just said to keep it in the back of the fridge and keep it cold, but legally wasn't allowed to tell me anything about drinking it, lmao 😂

Nope don't boil it at all. Like I said if you know and trust who you bought it from and you trust that they are using safe storage and clean milking areas you should be fine.

You're buying raw milk, you might as well just buy pasteurized milk rather than boil it. Pasteurization isn't even boiling it, it's bringing it up to 160° F. This kills off bacteria but also kills off any beneficial properties of the milk. Milk can be one of the most beneficial animal fats but you completely ruin it by boiling it.

Thank you for the explanation 🧡
