What does democracy mean today? You think maybe this has something to do with ballots? That's not how it is. Attack on Democracy is defined as expressions that undermine public faith and confidence in our Democratic elections and our Democratic institutions. Mainstream media is considered a democratic institution. It's the military. It's NATO. It's the IMF and the World Bank. It is the State Department. It is essentially all of the Elite establishments. Democracy is the consensus between the elites in their new definition of democracy. Democracy is the strength of democratic institutions rather than a focus on the will of the voters.
