Optimistic but could take a while for entertainment industry to use it to make better things instead of lazier things.
I saw that Paul McCartney is using it to create a new Beatles song. At first I thought this was a terrible idea but it turns out heβs not creating with it, heβs just using it to restore a John Lennon demo. I guess weβll see how it turns out

I feel like we will end up with plenty of βnew Beatles songsβ thanks to tools like that, but restoring a real track that otherwise wouldnβt be heard is cool.
I have a lot of artistic concepts in my brain but have a hard time getting them out so for me generative art lowers the barrier to entry for creativity and I love that.
My primary concern is corporations and governments controlling AI which they're trying to do.
It's gonna be part of all our lives one way or another. We need wide access to open source AI.
