Nostr is fun, entertaining. You can do what you want - mute the bots, like and repost as much as you wish without any limits or restrictions (aside from connection limits by relays, which is understandable). The interactions on here are actually meaningful because they are not algorythmicaly driven - in fact, there is no algorythmn here. The fact that the bread/beard situation got so big for a solid 20 minutes-ish was purely organic and mad fun!
