I guess you are zooming out because you want to fit the whole page on the screenshot?

Try to use the screenshot command from the chrome developer tools. It can screenshot a whole page (scrolls automatically). In Developer Tools type Cmd+Shift+P or Ctrl+Shift+P and type screenshot.
