I think Nostr could support a better form of representative government. The house of representatives in the US should have way more members now to account for the increase in population. This has effectively decreased each citizen's level of representation in government.

You might make a more efficient State, but not a free one. Ultimately they would ruin whatever gains to have even more control. Don't do that.
How about we use Nostr to work around and despite them to create places where freedom can actually exist.
Yes state would not be free. Never is. I am just looking at how this phenomenon can incentivise accountability at a governance level so it stimulates a positive sum game for society.
So have you given up?
Game-ification will not work against the rule makers. You will still have to do a work around.
Yes true. We have to do the work around. I just get the feeling that nostr is laying the foundation. Can’t put my finger on it but the freedom it gives would solve so many centralised issues.
I think we're approaching the same thing from different angles. One one hand we have millions of people pushing buttons, but no matter how hard they vote, nothing seems to change. Meanwhile, the representatives who actually have a vote in the system are too few, distant from their constituents, and don't read or write the bills they pass. I want to see more representation, and one idea to promote this is vote delegation.
