Facebook & Instagram approved political advertisements inciting violence against Muslims during India’s general election. Facebook & Instagram’s algorithms have a long history of amplifying inflammatory & voter suppression content in the United States as well, at least since 2016, because it makes them more money to amplify this type of content. They should be investigated by the DOJ for election fraud.
