lol yea, some people realized it was annoying and so they started doing their initial post with just the content and then would immediately reply with all the hashtags. Instagram eventually changed their algorithm to account for the misuse of hashtags. You still see it some, but not as much. Since nostr discovery is mostly search/hashtag based, it is easy to abuse it here.
