I agree with that, I struggled a lot growing up with being alone because I moved a ton. I then listened to The Anatomy of Loneliness (which change a lot for me). Tech is making communication easier but reducing the quality of friendships/relationships because it allows us to have more relationships (quantity vs quality). So many have become opportunist. Our values are pretty much gone and it is depressing. I have a few friends that died from loneliness. I really wish all the problems could go away but I guess that is not realistic
