If you are using Amethyst, close the app from multitasking view and open again. Relays should re appear. And don't connect through multiple client's connected to different relays.

i deleted amethyst
got paranoid bc an eth bot answered me on there and i didn't see it on iris so i thought maybe i was being fucked with, but then i realised it was a relay thing issue and i will download again soon😂🤣
