Day 1 / #31days It's smart to start slow, this is a marathon so I did the exact opposite. 20 mins of battle rope, a heavy back workout, and then playing outside with the kids and cousins.

Yeah, been watching a show called physical Asia and all the fighters rocked it with the rope. I'm inspired. Think it will help my endurance
