Cheaply, no…but I was marveling recently at the lack of errors with USPS. I send a lot of packages and rarely have an issue. It’s got to be the most effective gov org out there.
Nope besides maybe murdering large amounts of people? Maybe that can be provided by the free market at a better price tho
