Corpo got back to me today. They gave me 3 options in returning to work: reassigned to 2nd shift, reassigned to support staff/take pay cut & no benefits or work for a nonprofit (WTF?) Told them those sound like punishments than actual solutions. 😕

Why’d you get bounced in the first place?
Workplace injury caused by the client we contract with. Put in a formal request during my rehab to not be assigned to the machine operator, floor lead and electrician that caused the workplace injury. Corpo/local management are not for this and want alternatives.
