What do we think about the Governor of New Mexico declaring that the 2nd Amendment no longer applies (For 30 days) because of her "emergency"?

there’s always gonna be an β€œexcuse” for an emergency it’ll look different every time but they’ll always have an excuse

They still can’t infringe upon our rights to bear arms, they coming at it from the wrong way I agree with you, look into the reasons.. most of the time the highest gun violence is in a state where it’s illegal to carry or own a firearm

New Mexicans can legally just ignore her on this one. But it wont end well for them.

Unfortunately the US federation doesn't work right when the executive fails to back up the judicial, leaving the judicial as a soft power with no teeth.
