Feeling full by setting the ratio of fat/protein ratio, I can calibrate my calorie intake to lose or maintain weight.

Carbs only cause cravings that lead to over eating because there isn't enough fat to trigger a natural full feeling. Instead I just get hungry constantly making me feel like I have to limit my calories to not gain weight. It's a recipe for failure.

On keto/carnivore, I just focus on ratio, and eat until I'm full. I don't hold back.
