Why I don't see quotes to my notes in #amethyst notifications unless I see then accidentally in the feed?

Sometimes a quote will not tag the event or you as the author of the event. If they don't tag, the app doesn't know it exists.
If you have an example, I can see if there is a bug or if it is just one of those cases.
I'll try to find them.
I usually see them when I first open the app and my own notes load first.
Interestingly one of them was from @tony about translating amethyst
And this didn't show up in notifications either
I think qoutes should be counted as boost and show under the 🔄 category
