Nostur has a post delay. Where you review and can edit or delete for seconds after you hit post. π
Nostr Graveyard can purge your inactives. While not perfect thatβs a tool Iβve used in the past and sometimes it purges some actives which I refollow.

I did a manual purge about a week ago. Took a long time but I confirmed dead accounts.
It was a sad experience but also an empowering one knowing my followed are power users.
