OK, I get that some people are pro gun and others are pro gun contol, but can we agree that mass surveillance of 3D printers and other parts purchased online is inappropriate?

Yes. Surveillance is a steep price to pay if I want to print something instead of going all the way to town for a washer or something. I need to get a non kyc 3d printer if I want to play around with one
Yes. It's especially concerning that the feds were involved in this investigation because it is not federally illegal to build a gun for personal use.
