They don't make their own panels afaik, so yes. Dell has some nice ones as well.
Apple doesn't make panels... Samsung does and has been the primary source for apple screens for a long time. Apple is reportedly starting to make their own panel to cut out Samsung from their production process. I don't know how far along that is though really. LG has the best displays in their higher teir OLED panels in my personal opinion.
