The fact is that the major benefit of the service you work so hard on is… free. The inability for me to select the 69k sat tier limits my choice to remain a paying member. The benefits of the higher paying tiers are negligible.

You’re working hard adding new services like AI prompting, when users specifically asked for simple changes like lower storage amounts and more flexible pricing structures, and the ability to choose a lower cost tier.

Developers always choose to work on the exciting fun things they want to add, instead of listening to the users requests.
