If i had a neighborhood bar I would offer minimal effort classics.

Old fashioned, Moscow mule, mojito, Gin martinis, ranch waters.

Some ingredients will start to overlap eventually which allow expansion in menus after we while also. Most of the time it starts with lime juice.

A basic start with any shaken cocktail would have a base spirit, juice, and sugar.

In here, people usually drink beer, wine and Spritzers. You rarely see someone with a cocktail. For that, you go to specialised places. Wine with soda right now, when it's warm, it's the popular choice.

Looks refreshing 😋

It's the German/Austrian Summer Spritzer. 1/4 white wine, 3/4 soda (preferably mineral water with gas because the minerals/salts are amplifying the taste), some ice and a slice of fresh lemon. Half a litre (about a pint) is 5k SATs max.

"Love the idea of keeping it classic! 🍹 But how about throwing in some wildcards too? Maybe a twist on the classics or even a surprise special each week? A little creativity can go a long way in a neighborhood bar! Cheers to mixing it up! 🎉"
