The problem is feedlots which keep cattle indoors and use water to flush out the sewage into evaporation ponds each day, the evaporation ponds from feedlots create methane pollution.

Nobody is blaming grass fed pasture raised livestock for anything, this is a strawman argument created by multinational oil companies to shift the blame and public outrage away from the oil industry and feedlots towards smaller producers.
