depending on their age I find its best if you don't tell them. My kids won't touch onions, unless they don't know it has onions.

Onions are very distinct. My mom tried fooling me all through my growing years - never worked*/*ya .now i like sum @ x 👀idk
Yea. I feel I'd have to add in other stuff. If I did just onions, they would probably call me out. But maybe onions and other stuff. Or maybe the onions diced really fine. 🤔
