Not having group chats on here sucks. Most likely top reason for slower adoption.

The client satellite.earth has communities which somewhat function as group chats.
Write your message with keywords in #hashtags and #nostr users following these hashtags can discover and respond to your message. You can follow #hashtags you're interested in.
