DIY Toothpaste 🪥🦷

4Tbsp Bentonite Clay (food grade)

2Tbsp filtered/distilled water

1Tbsp cocnut oil

Pinch of salt

Peppermint essential oil to taste

Mix the bentonite and water together then add everything else. Depending on consistency add more clay if loose, water if too thick.

Been making toothpaste for a long time. I'll have to try this recipe out! Making stuff like toothpaste is always higher quality and cheaper than anything you can buy.
