i have blue eyes
lack of melanin in the eye genetics doesn't impact any other part of the genome, please explain
(technically it's a defect like albinism and lactose tolerance)

Many have blue eyes, but few have the type I'm describing.
Also — I wouldn't say "defect" is the correct terminology.
