Exclusively? I don't know? But I have seen a lot of butchers and ranchers using Bitcoin and offering their services for Bitcoin. I've also seen maple syrup and honey sales for Bitcoin only too. I think a farmers market would be fantastic for Bitcoin. It's ripe for adoption.
