Someone spoke about adding torrent like files to Nostr. Is that possible? Can Nostr be a file sharing platform too?

It didn't sound like anyone paid attention to them when they posted the idea. Sharing 3Gb video files...
Maybe file sharing with a limit on file size. Would be great for content like ebooks and music.
