Before I knew lifting weights was vital to health, but I knew you weren’t going to out cardio a shitty diet. I ate pretty healthy but never did cardio for the last ten years. I hate running but I love walking. Walking 15k steps a day with targeted incline walking has helped transform my health. Just 3 or so cardio zone 2

Sessions a week. In other words I just found the right cardio for me. I hate jogging
