This is something that money doesn't reflect. It isn't meant to reflect it. Money is for exchanges that are asymmetric in time and space or for trade between low-trust participants.

You don't put cash on the nightstand after you sleep with your spouse and you don't pay them to wash the dishes. You simply trust that you're "paying" into the relationship and they're "paying" in and that it eventually evens out enough that the relationship is worthwhile for all participants.

This reminds me of something else that the vast majority of people don't seem to comprehend about our current Keynesian monetary system or perhaps they choose to remain ignorant about it: they don't want to spend money; the current system forces them to.
