When Trump speaks , it does feel like stump speech ...but one that an older friend would give to a younger he cares about .. repeated everytime they ate together.

Or a dad talk .. unnerving but experienced.. focused on intent rather than facts .. and an expectation of reciprocal understanding..

It is definitely NOT a political stump speech !
