Just my own biased opinion, I’ve seen gyms work for people but always seemed like a bit of a time killer. With kids now I just can’t spend that much time away. Pushups, sit ups, crunches, squats, and lunges can be done at home w/o equipment and modified to any skill level. I did a bunch of pushups on stairs and off a desk because I couldn’t do that many on the ground.
I’m fat and out of shape and approaching 40 days later I’ve lost over 14 lbs. Whatever you do, just do it everyday even if it’s sore (not if throbbing pain - try a different part of the body) and do the work! GL - 100k seemed so far a month ago.
