One thing I will say for sure that I appreciate about decentralised social platforms in particular #Nostr is how welcoming most people are and helpful. I see new users asking for helpful tips and guides about Nostr and people have been quick to help. Some communities on decentralised social platforms like #Mastodon aren’t known for their hospitality but for their hostility and snootiness. They earned the term HOA fedi for a reason
