Turns out this error happened with the old version

Once updated to primal 2

I was able to published notes

Did the publication of notes with the old version

was voluntarily declined?

or was it just a glitch?

I mean I've tried like dozen of times

and gave up, tried Amethyst to post

later I found out that a new version of Primal was there

Installed it, and it worked again
