No space for a pool, unfortunately, it's a relatively old house that I just refreshed .

4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (no baths), a pantry/kitchen with space for modifications.

The rent around here is very cheap so it's going to get wrecked once we rent it out. The cost of constant renovations is not worth it.
