I have been growing Murasaki for about 10 years and I grow only it now. It is an amazing plant, the greens are worth it alone the tubers are like a bonus.
I also make about 200 bucks a year on selling slips on Nextdoor, I could make a lot more if I wanted but I sell 10 slips for 10 bucks, I can make enough to do that with the "airstacks" on my ponds in one go. So that is how many I sell with a few more bundles for friends for free.
The Murasaki tubers are amazing, they are like half way between a sweet potato and a regular potato in flavor. The skin is so thin it gets washed off if you scrub them too hard.
