What exactly happens when I block an account on #Amethyst? Seems to persist per user but I'm not clear on if that into gets sent to relays in some form.
Report is different in that it's supposedly public but also curious about the kind there.
Kind for report is 1984 per NIP-56. Those seem helpful if the reputation of the reporter is good.
