Not sure how one would do that in a decentralized version. At @generalbytes, our ATM management software allows to batch transactions from different ATMs, from different users, in order to save precious blockspace but this is done on a per operator basis. Some of our clients run networks with thousands of ATMs and batching transactions saves them a lot on fees and blockspace. This process is coin agnostic and depends on the wallets used by the ATM operator but most have been batching their transactions since 2017 (if not earlier)
