It was Extremely! easy with the Wallet Of Satoshi. But I heard that the WOS may have gone out of business. But it still works for me..¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I guess maybe I need to look at alternatives. But I've been busy..⚡🫂

With these you will have a new lightning address for both sending and receiving #ZAP.
The simplest way is to pick a Lightning wallet with lightning address support.
For example
Wallet of Satoshi (not available in the U.S.)
Blink (Not available in the U.S.)
Alby (Desktop brower plugin)
Fountain (it's a podcast app, but it comes with a Lightning address you can use)
I just realized how hard it would be if you are in the U.S.....

I experienced this challenge before. But it's something of the past now. The best approach is set up an Alby wallet, after that set up Nostr wallet connect (NWC) login with your Alby wallet, there you can add applications like #amethyst to the list of applications you will be using zap feature with on Alby. The interesting part is that, you can set an expiring date on each applications you will be using this feature with. I hope this help.
