Hmmm...so then the data would be encrypted prior to sending to the relay? (Or does someone need to run a special (private) relay?) Or both...("ecryption" - was pretty obvious once you said it 😃 )

I'd heard maybe 5 years ago China was working on decentralized health care records...not sure it ever got off the ground (but they didn't have Nostr then...)

This could solve a lot of problems in health care....

Running personal/private relays is one of the least understood things in Nostr. Maybe more accent should be given in showcasing the different approaches for private/public relays.
