Try mud/wtr. It’s good. Or mushroom boost from mud/wtr if you have add or need a real kick in the pants without all the caf.

I actually have a can of that stuff on the pantry i haven’t touched in years. Wonder if it’s still good…

Mushroom boost is better to me as far as energy. Helps my add. But the mud/wtr tastes better. Good stuff especially with some Italian crème.

Mushroom boost works like add meds for me. But takes a good week for it to show for some reason.

I find it’s really good for when you are in a season of life where you are consistently in relaxed/parasympathetic nervous state.

Coffee + sympathetic nervous = bad.
