From the consumer side-

I subscribe to a few people on Creatr and it's worked pretty well for me and the media viewing being ties to my npub seems like a good solution to keep your content safe if the posts themselves end up on other relays.

One downside for me is that the UX isn't great, but it hasn't stopped me from using it.

I know they were working on ppv content but at the time you couldn't get back to it after the firsts viewing and that seemes kinda sketch, but that was a while ago and they may have fixed that.

Lighting.video has worked well for me for ppv content and you can get back to it as long as you keep the link, which is nice.

Didn't realize highlighter was doing paid subscriptions I'll have to check that out.
